Versatile Title and Escrow has teamed with Envirolabs Training Center to offer real estate agents accredited continuing education courses to comply with Virginia Board licensing requirements.
Each course has been developed to provide agents with useful information and insight into situations they will encounter during real estate transactions. These courses are available as home study correspondence courses so you can work at your own pace, or for selected courses can be scheduled in a classroom setting for groups of 20 or more.
Each course has been approved for Continuing Education Credits (C.E.) by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and cover a wide range of topics from title insurance through environmental hazards.

A review of the closing process and an explanation of the role of the settlement company. Emphasis is.
placed on helping the real estate agent prepare their clients for a smooth settlement. This course
provides a detailed review of the elements of the documents used in typical real estate transaction in
Virginia and provides real estate agents with a careful review of the settlement process with an emphasis
on the elements of the documents commonly used. Informing the real estate agents of the requirements
for settlements will allow them to better prepare their clients for the process.
